As a certified yoga instructor and transformational mentor, my aim is to help each and everyone of my students to connect their mind, body and soul so they can live a healthier and more balanced life. Thus I can help them not only to improve their practice of yoga, but also to find purpose and joy in their lives, reduction the feeling of anxiety, stress and worry.
