As a certified yoga instructor and transformational mentor, my aim is to help each and everyone of my students to connect their mind, body and soul so they can live a healthier and more balanced life. Thus I can help them not only to improve their practice of yoga, but also to find purpose and joy in their lives, reduction the feeling of anxiety, stress and worry. My passion is all about assisting my community on their journey.
